I mentioned the Pinterest Curator series on the clipping mask tutorial last Friday (it’s the technique I used to create it), which made me all kinds of nostalgic for the series. I loved creating those posts and discovering new people, some even became friends (that’s always a nice bonus, one became my business partner/ally/creative collaborator extraordinaire). This was the first one I ever created, inspired by none other than the ever lovely and creative Michelle P. I did this years ago, but I still love it and that is saying a lot since my moods seem about as mercurial as my toddler’s when it comes to my designs.
We have some awesome posts planned this week, Michelle recorded one that I know you will find incredibly useful and a good resource. I am hoping to get an interview up from a new to me lettering artist that has knocked my socks off and got me inspired to get my nibs out of hibernation. We hope to see you here!
Miss Tristan B. is the co-creator of the world’s best + easiest product photography editing tool-Foto Rx | Shopkeeper’s Helper and one of the writer’s of this delightful blog. Hello Tristan & Michelle!
Yummy shades of nudes and soft pinks, my favorite colors:) !
I have a tutorial request. How did you create the sign for “Curator Sarah Yates”?
P.S. I love your Twiggy illustration, great choice of colors!
Diane, always so kind:) We would love to put together a tutorial on how to do that, thank you for the suggestion!
